Why do you need my Bank Details?
Your Motorcheck Fuel Card operates on a direct debit payment method. Before your card can be issued the direct debit authorisation to your bank account must be validated.

Paying by direct debit means that once a month you will receive an electronic invoice (ebill) indicating how much you spent on fuel and what the total bill to be charged to your account is. This ebill will arrive 14 days before payment is due and will specifiy what date the direct debit will take place.

Why current account only?

As your Motorcheck Fuel Card is only available on direct debit, it must be set up against a “Current account”. Unfortunately “Savings Accounts”, “Credit Card Accounts” or “Cashsave Accounts” are not compatible for the direct debit payment method.
